3. Valuation Estimates

Any valuation ranges, multiples, or estimated business values presented in the SellYourSMB Report™ are rough estimates only. These estimates:

• Are based on limited information provided through a questionnaire (not a comprehensive financial analysis)

• Are NOT formal business valuations and should not be treated as such
